How much do you charge?


  • Investment: A custom quote is provided

Note: Prices & timelines will vary dependant on the specific requirements and client response times.

What is your payment structure?

A 50% (non-refundable) payment is due at the start and secures your spot in my queue.

The final balance is due on completion of your project.

Note: At the end of the project, additional requests that fall outside the original scope of the project will be added to the final invoice.

Do you design collateral items?

Absolutely! If you require cohesively designed collateral items such as Business Cards, Letterheads, Social Media Graphics, a quote will be provided.

How are my final files supplied?

Branding assets will be supplied in suitable file formats for both web and print, accessible via DropBox.

What platform do use to build websites?

I build websites with WordPress, an open source website creation tool, combined with the powerful Divi Visual Page Builder.

Do you provide web hosting?

No, a suitable hosting package must be in place before any web development can begin.

I recommend SiteGround Hosting.

Do you provide copywriting services?

No, it is the responsibility the client to provide all the content for their website e.g. copy, photographs, videos, meta descriptions etc. on time, to avoid delays.

On request, recommendations of experts in this field will be provided.

What other costs will I be responsible for?

Domain Name/s

  • For shiny new projects, you’ll need to purchase a suitable domain name for your business.

Hosting Package

  • A suitable hosting package is required to run WordPress effectively and ideally include automated backups.

SSL Certificate

  • An SSL certificate encrypts any data sent through your website to protect visitors information. It also improves your Google SEO rankings.

Desktop & Web Font Licenses

  • Font licenses may be required for Desktop and Web use.

Premium Plugin Licences

  • Depending on the functionality of your website, the purchase of third party plugins may be required. These usually incur a one-off fee or a recurring subscription.
Can I sell products on my website?
Yes, WooCommerce can be integrated into your website.

Note: Costs will vary depending on the level of products and functionality required.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes! On completion of your project, you will be shown how to maintain and manage the day-to-day running of your website.

Do you provide in-depth SEO services?

Whilst your website will be built with basic SEO in mind, I do not offer in-depth SEO or digital marketing services.

On request, recommendations of experts in this field will be provided.

Do you offer a website maintenance plan?

After launch, it’s VERY important to keep your Themes, Plugins and WordPress version up to date so that the latest security patches and performance improvements are installed.

If periodic website maintenance is something you would like me to handle for you, a quote will be provided.
